Home education (sometimes called ‘elective home education’ or ‘home schooling’) has been growing in popularity, and statistics for 2015 - 2019 show that there are some 75,000 - 130,000 home schooled students in the UK.

Thurrock Music Services is currently investigating the possibilities of developing a programme of lessons at High House Production Park for home-schooled children. We are now consulting with parents of home-schooled children to assess demand and which instruments are of interest. If you are a parent of a home-schooled child and would like to be part of the consultation process please fill in the following form and click submit. We would welcome your input.
